Angelina Jolie is pregnant with twins, her partner Brad Pitt has confirmed to friends.After weeks of silence on the subject, Jolie’s rounded belly on the red carpet of the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday confirmed she was expecting.

Coinciding with Jolie’s bump debut, excited dad Pitt has begun telling friends about their impending arrivals, the Mail Online has learned.

The couple are already adoptive parents to Cambodian Maddox, six; Ethiopian Zahara, three; and Vietnamese Pax Thien, four; and have a biological daughter Shiloh Nouvel, 21 months.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are rumored to be in Bastrop County on the set of a new movie.

They are supposed to be in Smithville, a town that calls itself ‘Texas best kept secret,’ but the secret of celebrity sightings may be out now.

Locals are buzzing about the movie, which Pitt is rumored to star in, but protective of the stars.
Star sightings abound in neighboring Bastrop though, where some claim to have spotted Jolie at a Wal-Mart.

There’s a rumor spreading that Brad Pitt will be running for office in New Orleans.

The actor sometimes lives in the city with his partner, Angelina Jolie, and has been working there with his Make It Right (MIR) campaign. MIR is an organization building affordable, sustainable homes in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward, the area hit the hardest by Hurricane Katrina. The goal is to build 150 homes that use solar power, natural light, energy
efficiency, and other green design features for displaced residents, and to show that the system can be replicated.

Now there’s some buzz that Pitt is interested in really taking charge of the Big Easy, and we’re pretty sure we haven’t seen a politician like him. An elected official who not only believes that global warming is a real threat but who has initiated a sustainable building project? A politician who has openly talked about our dependence on foreign oil? A politician who showed up to his movie premiere in a BMW Hydrogen 7, and who models organic cotton T-shirts that benefit his charitable organization?

Okay, some things might have to change with the new job. But seriously, the Big Easy could only benefit from having a leader who genuinely cares about the environment and citizens’ health. ANGELINA JOLIE and BRAD PITT will have their next child in France to honour the actress’s late French-Canadian mother.

And I can also reveal that, despite rumours the pair are expecting twins, it will be just one girl to add to their growing family.

My well-placed source revealed: “Angelina has been told she is expecting a girl. She’s thrilled.”

Angelina’s mum, actress MARCHELINE BERTRAND, died last year and the star wants to embrace her French heritage by bringing up her new tot over there.

After months of house-hunting Brad and Angelina — who revealed her bump in a tight black dress at the weekend — have bought a chateau in the south of France and plan to make it their family home.

When their newborn arrives this summer the couple will be parents to five kids.
